WINTER :

250 metres from the slopes/ESF and 150 metres from the ski rental companies, ski passes and shops.
192 km of slopes - ESPACE DIAMANT - Direct link to Les Saisies with the Cernix chairlift located 250 metres away. Snow park. Boarder cross. Bicycle skiing. Snowshoeing trails (one of which passes just below our residence). Cross-country skiing nearby with the possibility of taking the chairlift to join the Nordic ski area of Les Saisies. Ice rink on the Cernix square.
Magnificent view from the apartment on the Aravis mountain range (no opposite). South/West exposure. Country decor for nature lovers.
Direct access from the balcony to the garden where your children can play after skiing in complete safety. Sled and snow shovels available.

SUMMER :

Multiple hikes, climbing, mountain biking with access by the chairlift of the logere (room for your bikes in the residence), cycling, accrobranche, via ferrata, paragliding, swimming in the lakes,
blueberry and mushroom picking. Angling in the lakes and rivers. Local festivals, mountain meals... or simply relax in this little corner of paradise away from the hustle and bustle and pollution of the cities. Rest and change of scenery guaranteed!
