Are you looking for an authentic and chic place to recharge your batteries in the mountains in winter or summer?

"Le Refuge de Marguerite" is for you.

The chalet is located in the small mountain hamlet of La Gruvaz between Saint Gervais and Les Contamines-Montjoie, a few steps from the Gruvaz gorges and on the TMB (Tour du Mont Blanc) trail.

The chalet overlooks the splendid landscape of the Saint Gervais valley, it is south-west facing to let in the light and enjoy the sunsets over the mountains.

Winter sports lovers will be delighted, ideally located a few minutes from the start of the slopes you can choose your area between Saint Gervais, Les Contamines or Saint Nicolas de Véroce. Sled dogs, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing... So you can vary the pleasures according to the inspiration of the day.

After the effort, the comfort. Treat yourself to an enchanted interlude in our magnificent Finnish bath heated by a wood fire. The icing on the cake is that it is located outside on a panoramic terrace to relax while contemplating the snow-covered mountains. (Extra to be booked directly - from 195€ per week / 165€ for short stays)

2 rooms for 4 people (2 adults / 1 child or 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 teenagers/children).

- The ground floor:

Kitchen: 4 induction hobs, hood, fridge, fan oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen kit.

Separate toilet.

- On the first floor:

Living room: Sofa, television, single bed in alcove, balcony

Bathroom: Italian shower with a rain sky and a sensory shower with essential oils, hair dryer

Mezzanine bedroom: double bed - access by ladder. You will spend a pleasant night enjoying the view on the village of Saint Nicolas de Véroce thanks to the trapezoidal windows.

- Annex small chalet: you can have a relaxation space with a bed 2 people in mezzanine - Does not have a water point.

- Services included: bed and bathroom linen, kitchen towel, kitchen cleaning kit, bathroom products, Wifi and end of stay cleaning.

Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Access to the chalet in winter is only on foot, about 100 metres from the main road.

A bit of history?
Saint-Gervais les Bains, more than a resort, is an art of living in the mountains where chalets and architectural jewels of the Belle Epoque rub shoulders with contemporary art in all simplicity for a unique identity with a dynamic atmosphere.
The commune is home to Mont Blanc, the mythical summit to which it is the most direct access. The roof of Europe, from the top of its 4810 meters of altitude, dominates its four villages, its two ski areas and for over 200 years, its famous thermal spring. This family and sports destination has been awarded the "family plus" label and allows everyone to find activities according to their level and preferences.
