Real Savoyard chalet with skis, 92m² for 11 people on 3 floors with view on the surrounding mountains.

The chalet has 3 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Room n°1 (first floor) sleeps 4 : 1 double bed 140x190 + 1 bunk bed 90x200
- Room n°2 (2nd floor) 2 beds : 1 Queen size bed 160x200
- Room n°3 (2nd floor) sleeps 4 : 1 bunk bed 90x200 and 2 single beds 90x200

On the 1st floor, the 23m2 living room has a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and a sofa bed that can accommodate one person.
Equipped with underfloor heating, towel dryer and pellet stove for a warm atmosphere when returning from skiing.

You will also enjoy the view on the surroundings thanks to the balconies on the 1st and 2nd floors.

The Hameau de Comborcière is a very quiet place and benefits from an exceptional setting.

The access to the Sybelles ski area is directly from the chalet by the blue slope of Comborcière (easily accessible to all levels).

The center of the resort of La Toussuire is 8 minutes away by foot (3 minutes by car) or by bus (return trip every 1/2 hour).
