A 45 m² shed with living room, kitchen (hotplates, oven, dishwasher), convertible bed 160 x 200. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, twin beds 2 x 90 x 200 + bed 90 x 180 separated by a curtain. Heating by wood stove + electric radiator. Bathroom with shower. 1 toilet. You have a large terrace of 30 m² with an exceptional view on the mountains. Shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

This rental is for nature lovers who don't want to have the view on the car park and be far from the crowd (the Grand Massif ski resort is 4 km away on the other side) to enjoy the mountain. The altitude (1100 m.) guarantees in winter to be above the cloud cover of the valley. All activities are possible, from lazing in the meadows to high mountain (we can offer you a high mountain guide).

This beautiful area is protected and therefore has not been spoiled by tourism. Samoëns has been awarded a "Coq d'Or" for being one of the most beautiful villages in France and is the only ski resort classified by the Caisse des Monuments Historiques. The ski area is part of the Grand Massif, one of the largest in Europe and benefits from an excellent snow record with skiing from 1600 m. It is linked directly to Flaine, Morillon, Les Carroz and Sixt, ideal for all levels of the 265 km of runs. In summer, the resort is alive and the cable car runs to Samoens and Flaine July, August to organize your walks and mountain biking trips.
