Chalet B welcomes you to Vars, in the heart of the Southern Alps, for a luxury mountain experience. Built of stone and wood, this 140 m² chalet combines the authenticity of Alpine architecture with modern comforts, overlooking the Eyssina ridges and the Écrins massif.

Your Winter Stay in Vars: Premium Skiing and Après-Ski Enjoy a prime location for your winter sports vacation. The chalet is located just 900 meters from the nearest slopes (the Bois Noir chairlift), and a free shuttle runs 150 meters from your door every 30 minutes, taking you to the ski area in less than 5 minutes. When you return, the entryway is equipped with a boot warmer and a secure storage area for all your ski gear.

Your living and relaxation spaces:

The wellness area: A 5-person outdoor hot tub heated to 37°C year-round, facing the mountains, with lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun.
Entertainment: A private movie theater with a large screen, plus a foosball table and darts for après-ski fun; and when the snow melts, an outdoor ping-pong table.
A warm and inviting atmosphere: A spacious, light-filled living room with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen that opens onto the dining room, and direct access to the southwest-facing terrace, equipped with a table for outdoor dining and a barbecue.
4 separate master suites: Designed to accommodate 12 people, each sleeping area guarantees peace and privacy. The 4 spacious bedrooms all feature:

Total comfort and premium services: Enjoy a stress-free stay thanks to a full range of amenities (full-size refrigerator, washer, dryer, raclette and fondue sets, Bluetooth speaker). To make your stay even more enjoyable, we include housekeeping and linens (during the French winter school break). Upon request: private chef, catering service, or certified ski instructors.

A Different Side of the Mountains (Spring, Summer, Fall): As soon as the snow melts, Vars becomes the perfect playground for mountain bikers, cyclists (Alpine passes), and hikers—all starting right from the chalet. The hot tub and lounge chairs on our two terraces await you for sunny evenings with summer warmth.

Reservation Terms:

Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) during the winter season.
Short stays and weekend rentals available outside of peak season (ideal for birthdays, seminars, or reunions).
One dog allowed with prior approval (no cats).
