On the upper level there is a large platform which can be used as a terrace to install in the summer, the table, the garden chairs and a parasol, or to build an igloo in winter. On the first floor there is an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchenette on the left side, a dining room in the middle with a bay window overlooking a large balcony, a sitting area on the right side, a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Located in the entrance, a trap door equipped with a ladder gives access to the attic which has been converted into a dormitory for children or young people.
