❄️ WINTER AT THE SUMMIT: GALIBIER-THABOR

The Galibier-Thabor ski area connects Valmeinier to Valloire and offers 160 km of trails spread across four mountain ranges. With most of the slopes above 2,000 m, enjoy the thrills of skiing and remarkable panoramic views of the Aiguilles d’Arves, the Vanoise, and the Écrins.

The ski lifts are just 800 m from the chalet, and the free shuttle stop is 50 m away. The Orelle gondola, the gateway to Val Thorens and the 3 Vallées, is about a 25-minute drive away. Sledding, cross-country skiing, and other mountain activities round out your days.

The Maurienne region is an exceptional playground for cycling enthusiasts. Set out to explore the legendary mountain passes of Galibier and Télégraphe, Croix de Fer, Glandon, and Lacets de Montvernier.
