Large chalet of 180 m2 in a luxury private area 5 minutes walk from the center of the village of Allos. You will thus have access to the free cable car in winter, which leads to the Seignus station and the nautical base, to all the shops (Carrefour contact, bakery, delicatessen, tobacco, press ...), bars, cafes and restaurants.

Composed of 3 levels:
- Level 1: Kitchen-dining room with table for 12 people, a relaxation lounge, a double bedroom, a shower room and wc
- Level 2: 2 bedrooms; one double and one with 2 single beds, a bathroom + wc; a TV relaxation area with large corner sofa (convertible), large balcony with a splendid view of the mountains and the slopes.
- Level 3: 2 bedrooms; one double (balcony overlooking the slopes) and one with 4 single beds, 1 bathroom and WC.
A basement will allow you to store equipment, you will also find a laundry room (washing machine and dryer), storage space and a games room ideal for entertaining the little ones.
The chalet allows everyone to have their own space, both for young and old.
The large terrace allows you to have your meals or aperitifs, in relaxation mode while enjoying the view and the sun.
The chalet is equipped with all the necessary equipment for 12 people, both in crockery, household appliances (raclette, fondue, crepieres, croque monsieur, waffle ...), but also household linen (tea towels, towels, sheets. ..)

In winter, for winter sports enthusiasts, 2 stations are nearby. Cable car access to the Seignus station is a 5-minute walk away in the town center of Allos or the Foux d'Allos station is 10 minutes away by car or by free shuttle. This station offers a ski area communicating with the station of Praloup.
Several starting points for hikes or snowshoeing are accessible without having to take the car.
The nautical base, open winter and summer, is located 5 minutes on foot. It is ideal for occupying children but also adults. There are water games in summer (pedal boat, kayak, water slide), tennis court, volleyball, badminton, ping pong, zip line, fitness area, children's games ...
Access is only payable in summer at very reasonable prices.

In summer, the Seignus resort turns into a downhill mountain bike trail.
