IBIS VIPERAE: Situated in the village of St Martin de Belleville and just a few seconds walk from the ski slopes, this private chalet comfortably sleeps 12. Built in 2018, the chalet has a very traditional design whilst the styling and high end interiors have a contemporary and welcoming feel. Built as part of the Caseblanche development, this chalet offers fantastic open-plan living areas, a sauna and a luxury outdoor hot tub on a private sun terrace with magnificent views across to the mountains. The boot room delivers a true ski in ski out experience with instant access to the main lift of St Martin as well as the nursery slopes and ski schools.

Large open plan seating and dining area with great picture windows that look out across the village to the mountains and across a large terrace. Outside on the private sun terrace, this undercover area has seating and a large luxury hot tub to help you unwind after a day on the slopes.
Very well equipped open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar for casual dining: ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

1st floor:
Beautifully decorated living room of 15m² with wall-mounted flat screen TV equipped with UK digital TV channels as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime and plenty of board games to enjoy. This room is an incredibly cosy snug with magnificent views.
