Individual chalet of 50 m2 facing the Mont Blanc massif on 2000 m² of land

A balcony of 19 m running on 2 sides of the chalet, and a natural terrace facing south allow you to enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of the Mt Blanc range, the Arve valley and the Fiz as well as the Mt d'Arbois. In the evening, enjoy the magnificent light show of the valley and the mountain villages.

St Nicolas de Véroce (1150 m) has kept the soul of an authentic Savoyard village in a high mountain setting.

The slopes are located 1 km away. A ski bus stop is located in front of the chalet. The new Chattrix chairlift gives access to the St Nicolas ski area (9 lifts, 23 runs, 35 kms of runs) linked to the St Gervais / Megève ski area (common package of 102 lifts, 220 runs, 445 kms of runs). Cross-country ski trails and marked out paths.

The centre of the village is 2 kms away, the town of St Gervais is 5 km from the centre of St Nicolas and the thermal baths as well as the station of Le Fayet are 8 km away.

The chalet has:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed,
- a bedroom with 1 single bed,
- a living room with a buffet, a large table, 4 chairs and a Savoyard bench (2 pull-out beds of 80 cm)

The kitchen area is equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, an extractor hood, a refrigerator and a combined microwave oven.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
