Ideal for 1, 2 or 3 families.

The chalet is south facing and is located on the heights of Praz with a view on the slopes, 15 min walk from the center of the village and the foot of the slopes (Espace Diamant). Free shuttles at 150 m from the chalet.
In the village you will find shops, ski school, tourist office, restaurants, doctors, pharmacy...
Big Intermarché at 3 min by car.
Numerous activities : hiking, climbing, mountain biking, swimming, hot air balloons, paragliding, leisure center with games, zip line, tennis courts, mini golf, sports fields, skate park...
Many activities and visits: farms, cheese dairies, soccer tournaments, fishing, animal park...
Megeve is 5 kms away : swimming pool, media library, ice rink, climbing wall... casino, discotheques, bowling, accrobranche.

1 kitchen open on living room with fireplace and 2 terraces of full foot of which one full south and the other under shelter.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, gas stove. Dish equipment for 15 people.
Double garage and laundry room (washing machine and dryer).
Chalet on 750 m2 of unenclosed land but in a secure environment (ten individual chalets)
