Ski-in/ski-out: head out and return directly from the chalet

La Clautre’s number one advantage is its location. The chalet is located directly across from the ski lifts, just a stone’s throw from the Chalmettes Telemix, which provides instant access to the entire ski area. You put on your skis on the terrace in the morning and take them off in the evening when you return, without having to cross the resort. This ski-in, ski-out setup—a rarity in the high-end seasonal rental market in the Hautes-Alpes—makes La Clautre one of the most sought-after destinations in Montgenèvre.

Less than 300 meters away on foot: ski schools (ESF), shops, and restaurants in the resort. A private parking lot allows you to park upon arrival and not have to drive again for the rest of your stay. The three-level chalet

Main level: entryway, living room with pool table, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove, private terrace with patio furniture and barbecue opening directly onto the slopes. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms complete this level.

Reservation Terms

Weekend or weekly rentals. Stays are exclusively weekly from late December through late March and from early July through late August. Dogs allowed (cats not permitted). During peak season, check-in and check-out are on Sundays to avoid Saturday traffic. The chalet is open year-round.
