Nestled in the heart of a village on Lake Annecy, Villa Le Cep boasts five bedrooms and four bathrooms in a bright, friendly atmosphere.
A comfortable living room invites you to relax, with its corner sofa, TV and library, while a wood-burning stove warms winter days. The dining table is set in a bright veranda extended by an adjoining terrace, equipped with a second table for outdoor meals.
The fully-equipped kitchen features a welcoming countertop, ideal for conversation while preparing meals. On the same floor is the first bedroom, with a double bed or two single beds, and its own bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
On the upper floor, two double bedrooms share a shower room and separate toilet. One of these rooms includes a desk for telecommuting, while the other benefits from a private terrace furnished with armchairs and a sofa. You'll also find a washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the top floor there's a dormitory with four single beds and a master suite with double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. A second bathroom with bath and toilet completes this floor, which is perfectly suited to a family with children.
Outside, two parking spaces are available to facilitate your stay in the Alps.
