On the first floor you will find

* Bedroom 2 (11,8 m2) with laminate flooring: 1 bed 160x200 cm, bedside table and lamp, open dressing room. Window with shutters.
* Bathroom (4,5 m2): double washbasin on cabinet, shower, towel dryer, hair dryer. Window
* Independent WC (1,5 m2) with hand-washer

On the first floor
Large living room (51,5 m2) with balcony and large terrace facing South.
* Kitchen open to the living room, 1 sink, 4 burner ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, 321 liter refrigerator with 3 drawer freezer, dishwasher, coffee filter + pods Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster, pressure cooker, Thermomix mixer, raclette/pierrade, fondue stove, dishes and pots and pans for 4 people, table, chairs
* Storeroom (2,8 m2) with storage, washing machine, WC
* Living room: sofa bed, 1 armchair, coffee table, TV 125 cm on furniture, pellet stove (provided), DVD and Blu-ray player, table soccer

Each bed has a comforter and pillows. Sheets and towels are provided, beds made upon arrival. Cleaning at the end of the stay to be done or in option to be paid at the reservation or on the spot with the owner. (100€)
