This very pretty 5 star chalet for eight people is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, only 300m from the heart of Grand-Bornand. The slopes are 1 km away and the bus stop 300 m away. So you won't need your car during your holiday.

Le Grand-Bornand, like Manigod and La Clusaz, is part of the Aravis ski area, with 220km of great runs, all accessible with one lift pass. In the summer, you will be spoilt for choice by the plethora of walking and cycling trails. In the village you will find various shops and restaurants as well as the weekly market. When you return to Chalet Musini after a sensational day in the mountains, you can relax in the sauna, have an aperitif on the terrace or one of the balconies while watching the sun set over the beautiful alpine landscape.

Chalet Musini is spread over three levels and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate eight people.

The main entrance is on the ground floor. The hallway leads to its fabulous living room, where you are immediately drawn in by the incredible views of the village, with the Aravis mountains in the background. Armchairs and a leather sofa are arranged around the wood burning stove, making it a pleasant place to read, watch a film or meet up and chat in the evening. The doors open onto a balcony that almost goes around the cottage. Here you can enjoy an aperitif or prepare a barbecue. In the fully equipped kitchen, cooking a good meal becomes a pleasure, and everyone can sit at the large table to enjoy it. A bedroom for two with en-suite shower room is also provided on this level. A separate toilet is also accessible from the hallway.

Three other bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two for two people with a balcony, one with a shower room, and the third with twin beds. A bathroom with double washbasin also exists on this level.

The sauna is on the ground floor as is the ski room, equipped with a heated boot dryer, and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and a second fridge, ideal for drinks.

For parking, there is a large outdoor parking space and a garage for two vehicles.

During your stay at Chalet Musini, you are only 1 km from the slopes and you can quickly walk to the shuttle bus stop located only 300 m away, which also serves La Clusaz, free of charge for holders of an Aravis ski pass. This pass will give you access to over 220 km of pristine slopes in the resorts of Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz and Manigod. Skiers and snowboarders of all levels will have plenty of fun and challenge. There are also plenty of cross-country ski trails.

Non-skiers will not be bored, between hiking with or without snowshoes, paragliding or ballooning, ice skating and climbing. Le Grand-Bornand proudly displays the "Famille Plus" label, which guarantees a wealth of entertainment and activities for families and youngsters.

In summer, a network of walking and cycling trails criss-cross the mountains. You can obtain the corresponding maps at the Tourist Office. The Grand-Bornand golf course has nine holes on a superb terrain. In the heat of the day, cool off at the water complex where you can spend the whole day as there is a restaurant on site and grassy areas for picnics.

If you want to spice up your holiday, try exciting activities such as rock climbing, via ferrata, accrobranche, canyoning, white water rafting and paragliding.

In August, Le Grand-Bornand becomes the setting for the international children's festival "Au Bonheur des Mômes". During one week, attend magic shows, circus acts, plays, games and workshops.
