La Toussuire resort, Sybelles ski area, ideally located, a 10-minute walk from the resort center and 5 minutes from the nearest shops. 220 m² chalet on 1,080 m² of land, 8 parking spaces, breathtaking panoramic views!!
Ground Floor: 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 shower rooms, ski storage room, ski closet, laundry room
First Floor: 70 m² living area with a fireplace opening onto a 20 m² south-facing terrace, fully equipped kitchen (3 coffee makers: No. 4 filter coffee maker; Nespresso; Senseo), living room, guest bedroom with bathroom and toilet (1 sofa bed), separate toilet, mezzanine with single bed
Second floor: dormitory sleeping 7, children’s TV lounge (1 sofa bed), shower room, and restroom
Optional spa: €400.00/week (must be reserved at least 1 month before arrival)
Mandatory cleaning and linens fee: €500.00, payable in cash upon arrival (checks and credit cards not accepted)
Firewood for the fireplace and utilities (water, gas, and gas for the barbecue) are included in the price
Reservation terms: 30% deposit due at the time of booking; balance due 30 days before arrival. For reservations made less than 60 days before arrival, the full rental price is due at the time of booking. Security deposit of €4,000.
Cancellation: More than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is fully refunded; less than 60 days before arrival, 100% of the rental price is due.
