First Floor: 70 m² living area with a fireplace opening onto a 20 m² south-facing terrace, fully equipped kitchen (3 coffee makers: No. 4 filter coffee maker; Nespresso; Senseo), living room, guest bedroom with bathroom and toilet (1 sofa bed), separate toilet, mezzanine with single bed
Second floor: dormitory sleeping 7, children’s TV lounge (1 sofa bed), shower room, and restroom
Optional spa: €400.00/week
Mandatory cleaning fee (€500.00). Payment due upon arrival
Firewood for the fireplace and utilities (water, gas, and gas for the barbecue) are included in the price
