Real Savoyard chalet with skis, 109m² for 10 people on 3 floors with a breathtaking view on the Aiguilles d'Arves.

The chalet on 3 floors has been entirely furnished and decorated by an interior designer (Cabinet AMEVET in Chambéry).
The Méan-Martin is equipped with noble and exceptional materials (all the curtains and cushions come from the ARPIN spinning mill in Savoy, manufacturer since 1817).
The furniture is entirely made to measure by local carpenters and cabinet makers.
The chalet also has 5 TVs.

The chalet has 4 bedrooms arranged as follows:

- Room n°1 on the first floor (sleeps 2) : 1 double bed 180x200 (detachable)
- Room n°2 on the 2nd floor (sleeps 2) : 1 double bed 180x200 (detachable)
- Room n°3 on the 2nd floor (sleeps 2) : 1 double bed 180x200 (detachable)
- Bedroom n°4 "Master" (sleeps 2) : 1 double bed 180x200
- Living room on the 1st floor (sleeps 2) : 1 sofa bed 160x200

On the 1st floor, the 30m2 living room has a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room.
Equipped with underfloor heating, towel dryer and pellet stove for a warm atmosphere when returning from skiing.

You will also enjoy the view on the surroundings thanks to the balconies of the 1st and 2nd floors.
The Hameau de Comborcière is a very quiet place and benefits from an exceptional setting.

The access to the Sybelles ski area is directly from the chalet by the blue slope of Comborcière (easily accessible to all levels).

The center of the resort of La Toussuire is 8 minutes away by foot (3 minutes by car) or by bus (return trip every 1/2 hour).

Additional services: change of sheets, cleaning, rental of cots and baby chairs.

Pets are not allowed in this chalet.
