Heated staircases, very practical in winter, lead up to the entrance to the property, which is built on the entire upper floor of an old renovated farmhouse. These border a terrace with a dining table and several deckchairs, as well as a petanque court.

The property's wooded interior is imbued with the warm atmosphere typical of authentic Savoyard chalets. You'll feel soothed as soon as you step inside.

The open-plan living area features a cosy sitting area with a large sofa, TV and wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining table with an occasional bar for gathering around at mealtimes. A covered balcony affords magnificent mountain views.

This 12-person property (including 10 adults) has three double bedrooms, a dormitory for six children, and two single beds on a mezzanine, which also includes a TV. Bathroom facilities include two shower rooms and two independent toilets.

When you return from your day's activities, you can leave your vehicles in the four outdoor parking spaces, and relax in the Jacuzzi inside Chalet Marijulo.

Please note that two apartments occupy the lower floor of the chalet. Access, entrance and outdoor areas remain totally independent.

Access to the property is via a staircase, which may prove difficult for people with reduced mobility.
