Chalet Kintana's flexible sleeping arrangements make it just as suitable for a family holiday as for a business seminar, thanks to its double beds that can be converted into single beds. Its quiet location close to La Clusaz's infrastructure and its wellness facilities guarantee a relaxing stay for 13 holidaymakers, including 10 adults.

Three of the five bedrooms are on the first floor, another double room is on the second floor, and a dormitory for five is under the roof. Only the latter has a TV, but the ground-floor room has direct access to a large balcony.

Three of the rooms have their own private bathroom, although the shower in the dormitory will hardly accommodate five people. However, there are two additional shower rooms on the first floor, and separate toilets on two floors.

The living room on the second floor opens onto a panoramic terrace. It combines a modern, functional kitchen, a dining table for 10, and a living room containing a wood-burning stove and TV. A large, convivial counter is available for coffee gatherings.

In addition to the bedrooms, the first floor shares space with the adjoining chalet, which can be booked jointly to accommodate a group of up to 28 people. Here you'll find an indoor swimming pool, a sauna with en-suite shower, and laundry facilities for each apartment, each equipped with washing machine and dryer.

Finally, the lower level houses a large garage for up to six vehicles, with two charging points for electric cars, as well as a ski room and bicycle shed.

The three bedrooms on the first floor are not extremely bright, but they are nonetheless very cosy.

IMPORTANT: the chalet is ski-in/ski-out when weather conditions permit (green slope level). It's 80m from the blue slope of the Patinoire gondola lift and 150m from the green slope of the Champ Bleu ski lift. These 2 slopes take 3 minutes to reach the Champ Giguet ski course meeting point.

IMPORTANT: the chalet is ski-in/ski-out when weather conditions permit. It is located 80m from the blue slope of the Patinoire gondola lift and 150m from the green slope of the Champ Bleu ski lift. These 2 slopes take 3 minutes to reach the Champ Giguet ski course meeting point. Access to the swimming pool (4m x 3m) is shared between the two adjoining properties, with one having use during even-numbered hours, the other during odd-numbered hours. NOTE: the 5-star rating applies to 12 beds. However, Chalet Kintana can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 13 people.
