Chalet Alpachic

This south-facing chalet can accommodate eight people. It is located 2.5km from the centre of La Clusaz, a traditional and lively Alpine village with shops, cafes and restaurants. The weekly market is held on Mondays, an opportunity to taste the regional specialities, such as our cheeses and charcuterie.

Situated in a quiet residential area, Chalet Alpachic offers you breathtaking views of the Aravis mountains. Its location will also allow you to easily access the domain of La Balme and Les Confins. In summer, these areas are great for hiking, mountain biking and many other activities to share with the family.

You can work out in the gym and watch the beautiful sunsets over the Aravis mountains from the hot tub. Whatever your activities, Chalet Alpachic is the perfect base for a wonderful holiday in this beautiful region.
This traditional wooden chalet sleeps eight people. Facing south, it benefits from the sunny side of the valley and of course a majestic view of the Aravis mountain range. You will enjoy it from the jacuzzi or from the large and beautiful terrace, lying on your deckchair.

This accommodation is spread over three levels. On the ground floor, you will find a garage with a ski room and heated boot dryer as well as access to the laundry room and the gym. Stay active even during your holidays with the exercise bike, treadmill and rowing machine.

Head upstairs to the L-shaped living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and separated from the dining area by a countertop. The cosy living room has a corner sofa in front of the open fireplace. In the evening, you will enjoy being in this room to reminisce about your day and plan the next one. The terrace is an excellent vantage point for stargazing. There is another cosy sitting area with blankets for the winter and deckchairs for the summer. A dining area allows you to eat outside on sunny days. In summer and winter alike, the jacuzzi remains a favourite place to relax.

A bedroom for two and its adjoining shower room as well as a separate toilet are located on this level. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a double bed and the other has two twin beds. Both rooms share a bathroom. The last bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite shower room where you can enjoy the spectacular view through the glass ceiling. There is also a separate toilet on this level. The owners have chosen a neutral colour palette in all the rooms for a peaceful atmosphere. Pristine white bed linen and fluffy towels await you for optimum comfort.
The region

Enjoy great skiing at the La Balme massif, just 2 km from Chalet Alpachic. For a wider choice of slopes, La Clusaz is 2.5 km away and organises a weekly night run on floodlit slopes. The ski bus stops 150 metres from the chalet, saving you valuable time.

Your Aravis ski pass will take you to Le Grand-Bornand and over 200km of pistes. Cross-country skiers will love the nearby Confins and Beauregard plateaus.

Non-skiers will not be bored between the ice rink and the cinema. They can also go sledding, snowshoeing, dog sledding or horse-drawn sleigh rides. For a moment of absolute relaxation, go to the outdoor heated pool. Your worries will vanish under the snow.

In summer, walking and cycling in the mountains is a real pleasure. Even more so if you take the ski lifts to the top, because you can just go down at your own pace. Adrenaline junkies can try paragliding, canyoning, climbing, mountain biking or white water rafting. The via ferrata will offer you unforgettable moments with your family. Secured by a harness, children over eight years old can discover the mountain on routes built with metal elements.

At the end of a hectic day, you will be happy to return to a peaceful and comfortable place. At Chalet Alpachic, you can prepare a barbecue, and end the evening in the hot tub.
