Located on the second floor of a chalet, it comfortably sleeps up to six people.The chalet is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is only a seven minute walk from the lively village of La Clusaz, which offers a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a weekly market where you can buy local produce and handicrafts.The ski shuttle stops just 150m from your door. If you stay at Dorealp during the winter months, you are only a short walk from the Nant piste, which takes you directly to the heart of the village.
The property
This bright apartment in a quiet location has three bedrooms and two shower rooms. It can accommodate up to five people. Following recent renovation work, a new kitchen and shower rooms have been added. The apartment has also been refurbished with neutral tones and modern furnishings to enhance its traditional alpine style.
The apartment occupies a whole level of the chalet, which has four other apartments. The living area is completely open plan and is particularly spacious as it spans the entire width of the apartment and opens onto a south-facing, sunny balcony. It is a wonderful place to relax, enjoy your coffee in the morning, or to admire the magnificent sunset over the Aravis mountains while sipping a glass of wine.
In the small kitchen, separated from the dining area by a bar, you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal before heading out on the slopes. The fridge is large and there is also a dishwasher, which will certainly make your life easier.
The apartment has three bedrooms: a double with Velux window and en-suite shower room, a twin room with mountain views and a single room with mountain views. A second shower room and an independent toilet are at your disposal.
The apartment also includes a garage, a ski room with boot dryer and storage in the cellar.
