This pleasant apartment on the garden level is designed for six people. Its location is ideal. The centre of La Clusaz is only a few minutes walk away, you will be close to the Bossonet ski lifts and on the road to the Balme ski area, and there are many shops, bars and restaurants in La Clusaz. If you wish to leave your car in the car park during your stay, the ski shuttle stops only 150m from the property! In the apartment, a French window opens onto a sunny south-facing terrace. You can enjoy your meals or sunbathing while admiring the view of the mountains.

This practical and cosy three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment sleeps six comfortably. The entire living area is on the garden level
The living area is spacious. It includes the kitchen, the dining area, the living room, and opens onto the terrace. The compact but well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook excellent meals for six. There's also a barbecue on the terrace if you prefer to enjoy the view while cooking, and after dinner you can relax on the soft sofas while watching a movie. The Edenalpa apartment has three double rooms. One has an en-suite shower room, while the other two share the same shower room and a separate toilet. Neutral tones, faux fur and lots of cushions give Edenalpa a cosy yet contemporary feel, so that in summer and winter you will feel right at home.There is a ski room in the cellar and parking outside the chalet.
Skiers can walk to the slopes of their choice as the ski lifts and shuttle bus are just 150m from the apartment. Please note that the Aravis ski pass gives you access to 220 km of excellent slopes, for all levels.

The French Ski School (ESF) offers ski lessons for beginners on the piste next to the chalet. Cross-country skiers will be happy with the Lac des Confins and the Plateau des Glières just a short drive away.

Non-skiers will have no time to get bored between the ice rink and cinema in La Clusaz, sledging, snowshoeing, dog sledding or horse-drawn carriage rides. For a moment of relaxation, go to the outdoor heated swimming pool of La Clusaz.

In summer, the Edenalpa terrace is the perfect place to recharge your batteries with a sunbath. La Clusaz and its surroundings offer so many activities that you will wish you had stayed longer.
