Southwest-facing chalet set back 100 m from the road, with a private driveway that is plowed and easily accessible. Beautiful view of the village and the mountains.

P.S. Upon request and subject to approval, SMALL dogs are allowed; no cats.
Ski shop 300 m away, the Linga slope is 500 m away, and the children’s sledding run is 300 m away; the chalet is located across from the ESF ski school “Les Marmottons Club Piou Piou” for children, next to a beginner’s ski lift.

You’ll always be able to keep an eye on your little ones; from the chalet’s balconies, you’ll enjoy watching your children ski on the slope right next to the chalet

CHATEL is connected to the “Portes du Soleil” ski area, featuring 650 km of slopes, with links to: Avoriaz, Morzine, Les Gêts, Abondance, La Chapelle d’Abondance, Montriond, Saint-Jean-d’Aulps, and Switzerland: Champoussin, Champéry, Morgins, Torgon, Les Crosets. Free shuttle buses throughout the resort.

Altitude: 1,200–2,200 m, where it snows every night thanks to a multitude of snow cannons and snowmaking poles.

SUMMER: A lake for trout fishing. Indoor pool with 3 pools in the village center; in summer, we provide the PORTES DU SOLEIL MULTIPASS upon request—certain activities are unlimited (ice rink, ski lifts, tennis, tourist train, etc.)
