Ground Floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room with a large table, a “Mountain Corner” with floor-to-ceiling windows—ideal for kids’ play area or board games—access to a large southwest-facing balcony, sofa and armchairs, , 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, set of chairs.

First floor:
2 bedrooms with 140-cm double beds
1 bedroom with a 140 double bed and access to a balcony
1 attic bedroom with 2 90 beds
1 loft with 1 large mattress on the floor for 2 young children

Ski storage room

The chalet is fully equipped: raclette and fondue sets, waffle maker, braserade, toaster, blender, cordless kettle, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, , microwave, stereo, freezer....

CHATEL is located near the Swiss border, 35 km from Thonon-les-Bains/Evian, with its vast Lake Geneva, boats, tourists, and sandy beach.

Many attractions: Chamonix (1 hour away), the Gorges du Pont du Diable, Evian (with its casino and Adventure Park), Avoriaz (with its beautiful trails), Bobluge, a children’s carousel, a salt mine in Switzerland, and more. Casino and golf in Evian. Thermal baths and an aqua park on the Swiss side.
