At 1700 m of altitude, facing south, typical mountain house - 120 m² living space - very comfortable, recently restored with healthy or organic materials. Sleeps 6 / 8. Close to all amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, press/tobacco, medical centre...). Ski slopes and cross-country skiing at 5 min, free shuttle bus at 10 meters.
1st floor:
- living room (insert) tv, dvd, dining room and nice fully equipped kitchen (traditional oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, induction cooker, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, raclette and fondue machine...)
- an independent WC
- a bedroom, bed in 140 with its shower-room.
2nd floor:
-a mezzanine with a double sofa bed (books, card games, board games...)
- a room with 2 beds in 90
- a bedroom with a 140cm bed and baby cots if needed
- a large shower room and toilet. (Baby bath if needed)
New bedding in the rooms.
Outside you have a garden with barbecue. View on the forest and the mountains. Numerous parking spaces in front of the house.
Non-smoking chalet.
The leisure activities are multiple: pedestrian excursions, snowshoes with GR of country which pass near the house. Not to be missed, the natural hot water baths of Llo, St Thomas or Dores. Swimming pool, skating rink, bowling and other leisure activities. Spain at 20 minutes, Andorra, Pas de Casa at 1 hour, Perpignan at 1h30.
House rented with all charges included.
School holidays : 1300 Euros/ week
Out of school holidays : 1000 euros/ week
