CHALET D'ALPAGE (Access by road in summer or 10 mn walk in winter without difference in altitude)

This superb alpine chalet, served in summer (only) by a paved forest road, located 2.5 km from the resort of Les Saisies, combines authenticity, charm and comfort and is suitable for all mountain lovers.

In winter, the chalet is accessible by a footpath TRACE, BALISE and SANS DENIVELE (more or less 10 m of gradient along the way) from a snow-cleared car park located at about 900 m.
This allows mountain lovers to enjoy an extraordinary view throughout this Alpine walk without difficulty.
However, as we cannot predict the weather conditions, nor the depth of the snow during your stay, we recommend the use of snowshoes and backpacks to transport luggage and supplies and advise against access for young children and the elderly.

Its location allows you in summer to enjoy both the friendly neighbourhood of marmots, foxes and roe deer, and sporting activities (swimming pool, tennis, squash, climbing, mountain biking.....) as well as restaurants in the resort of Les Saisies (2.5 km) and to be able to access many trails in the BEAUFORTAIN massif.
You can also discover the cultural heritage of BEAUFORTAIN and the traditions linked to mountain agriculture. Beaufort (15 km) Arêches (18 km) and the villages of Notre Dame de Bellecombe (11 km) and Crest Volant (12 km) or go to Megève (20 km or 30 minutes).

In winter, the car park where you can park your vehicle is 5 minutes from the start of the BISANNES 1500 slopes;

On the first floor you will find a very spacious and bright living room opening onto a large bay window on a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view (Mount Mirantin, Pierra Menta). This room also includes a beautiful central fireplace and all the comfort you need after a good day outdoors.
4 spacious bedrooms, one on the 1st floor, two on the same level as the terrace and one on the mezzanine.

The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and opens onto the terrace.
You can enjoy the outdoor terraces equipped with tables, chairs, armchairs and deckchairs + barbecue in a pleasant and comfortable way
