Luxury Self Catered Alpine Chalet with Private Terrace and Hot Tub


The chalet can comfortably sleep 10 people. The configuration consists of:

double bedroom with balcony and en-suite toilet
King bedroom (can be configured as a King or 2 Single beds) – shared bathroom
twin room with Juliette balcony – shared shower room
twin room with Juliette balcony – shared shower room
Pull out spring action sofa bed (double) on the mezzanine floor, alternatively 2 single fold out beds
The living area is open plan, made up of 3 spacious areas encompassing a dining room, kitchen and lounge area. The real wood-burning stove is the centre point with a generous amount of comfy seating, when you need to relax. There is underfloor heating throughout these living areas. If quiet time is required there is also a mezzanine area, great for reading or playing a board game. There are a wide variety of books, games, jigsaws and even colouring books, all suitable for any age!

The chalet has large balconies to enjoy the view and a huge terrace with a hot tub to unwind.

Underneath the house there is an extensive storage area to keep ski equipment / bikes secure with heated boot warmers and plenty hanging space. The back garden is level and enclosed – perfect for making snowmen and having snowball fights!

Full facilities inc. Wi-fi, exclusive use of Hot tub, English & French TV, Netflix, DVD player and DVDs, Bluetooth Speaker, washing machine and dryer, XBox 360 and games, microwave, coffee machine, slow cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, iron and board (should you feel it necessary!)

Chalet Jaune is located in the quiet, traditional mountain village of Montorlin just below Montchavin, it’s a simple 2-3 minute drive up to the car park in Montchavin from where you can get the chairlift or yellow bubble into the extensive Paradiski ski area. In the evening, it is a pleasant 10 minute walk through the forest up to Montchavin where you have a choice of restaurants and bars.
