With a surface area of 350m², it can accommodate up to 14 people in a cosy, warm and friendly environment.

The accommodation
Between the Mont d'Arbois and the village of Megeve, the Ysalpe chalet is both quiet and secluded, while being a 5 minute drive from restaurants, stores and ski lifts

On the second floor, a spacious living room with many comfortable sofas and large windows with wide views through the trees and over the mountain slopes

The space has a Scandinavian feel, accented by selected artwork, luxury fixtures and beautiful quality finishes.

Next door is the semi-open dining room, which can seat up to 14 people in a cozy, warm and friendly setting.

The fully equipped kitchen is modern, with a large surface in elegant black marble, French doors opening onto the balcony and flooding the space with light, and elegant matte black light fixtures.

Going down one floor, you will find two double bedrooms and one room with bunk beds for children, with a wall-mounted connected TV, a spacious bathroom, ample storage space and comfortable beds.

Also on this level is the ski room, equipped with boot warmers and plenty of storage space for skis, boots and outerwear.

On the lower level, there is a fantastic spa area with a sunken whirlpool next to sliding glass doors to the pool. There's also a lovely steam room and sauna, so you can enjoy a hotel-like day of wellness.

The first floor houses the movie room with a huge, soft sofa and a large screen on the opposite wall. Snacks and drinks are always at hand, with a convenient bar on the side of the room.

The master bedroom and three other double bedrooms are on the top floor of this exceptional chalet. Two of the double bedrooms have a TV, separate shower room and toilet, one of which also benefits from a spacious dressing room. The last double bedroom has a private bathroom and access to the balcony.
