At an elevation of 1,400 meters, facing due south, it boasts an exceptional 300° panoramic view of the mountains, maximum sunshine, and incredible sunsets.
You’ll have access to 6 private parking spaces with direct access to the road leading to the Col de La Croix-Fry. Plus, free shuttle buses stop right in front of the chalet, making it easy to get around.

Extra-large table (3.50 m x 1.25 m); it can comfortably seat 12 people.
A comfortable living room that can accommodate up to 12 people. The light intensity is adjustable.
The home theater features a 116-cm Full HD plasma screen. There are USB ports on the desk. A sliding partition can close off this space (160-cm sofa bed).

The Charvin room is spacious and features a 1.60 m x 2.00 m bed. The view from the desk is incredible!
The Etale room features a 160-cm bed and a 90-cm bed. It has individual adjustable reading lamps. The Tournette room has the same layout.
The Beauregard room can be configured with either 5 90 beds, 3 90 beds plus 1 180 bed, or 2 180 beds plus 1 90 bed.
The large bathtub offers deep relaxation. There is a towel warmer with a fan heater.
Bathroom with a hydromassage shower column, toilet, and built-in sink.

The large rain shower is located next to the Jacuzzi. It mimics a natural rain shower to envelop the entire body and provide a sense of relaxation.
The outdoor hot tub offers deep relaxation thanks to the warm water and 48 massage jets. Enjoy a champagne break with an incredible view!
The hot tub can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The temperature can be adjusted according to the season. The professional sand filtration system ensures impeccable water quality.

A south-facing exposure with an unobstructed panoramic view from sunrise to sunset provides maximum natural light.
A 60-square-meter terrace is on the same level as the living room.
A 60-square-meter terrace features a cozy round dining table and a Balinese-style lounge area for relaxing.
Terrasse Plancha - Solar thermal, solar photovoltaic, and a heat pump make for an excellent energy system. This ensures a comfortable temperature of 21° is maintained year-round.
