It has direct access to the slopes and is directly connected to the shopping mall located on the Croisette level of the building. The daycare center is about 300 meters away from the building on foot. Free outdoor parking is available in front of the building (subject to availability).

It is located above the shopping mall, in the center of the resort, on the 5th floor of a ski in/ski out residence, close to the ski lifts and the ESF departure. The apartment has a balcony facing North-East.
