ARC 1600 - Studio au pied des pistes

/!\ NON-SMOKING STUDIO!
A well equipped, clean and nice studio for 2 adults (+2 children). Located in Arcs 1600, free parking, close to shops and funicular for a direct arrival in 7 min from the station of Bourg Saint Maurice.
Departure on the slopes and arrival on skis. Immediate access to the Cachette chairlift.

The accommodation
The studio is in the upper part of the residence la Cascade (second to last alley), so that to access the chairlifts and to leave on the immense domain of Les Arcs, you will only have to let yourself slide. At this address, you will not wear your skis !

The studio is located on the 2nd floor. It is clean and functional. It is made up of a main room overlooking the typical sloping wall of the resort, with a large bay window at mid-height which offers a beautiful panorama of the mountains (and you can see the south face of Mont Blanc). In this room, there is a kitchen area, a double bed (high) and two trundle beds. The 3 mattresses are new.

There is some storage space for your belongings.
The bathroom has a sink, a shower and a toilet.
It is a small family studio, ideal for a couple with 2 children.

Access for travellers
You have access to the closed ski locker to deposit your skis immediately at the entrance of the residence, 10 meters from the slopes.
IMPORTANT : I do not provide sheets or towels. I therefore ask you to bring your fitted sheets to protect the new mattresses and your pillowcases for hygiene, as well as your duvets or sheets for the night. There are blankets in the studio.
In case you forget, bed linen can be rented from the concierge.

Other remarks
IMPORTANT : NO SMOKING, CAUTION HOUSEHOLD and LINEN NOT PROVIDED.
In order to keep our rates attractive, I do not charge any cleaning fees, counting on the civic-mindedness and cleanliness of travellers.
Nevertheless, during the inventory of fixtures carried out at the end of the stay, or on report of the following tenants, if a cleaning is necessary I will retain the expenses of cleaning on the guarantee (50€ tariff to make come a cleaning lady).
**** The studio is non-smoking **** (I insist on this).
Sheets and linen are not provided. However, it is possible to rent linen from the concierge of Les Arcs.
A 20% discount is offered to my tenants at Intersport in Arc 1600 for the rental of ski equipment. This is a good reason to travel light and pick up the equipment directly on site, with the possibility of exchanging it in case of problems.
