Apartment located on the 5th floor of the "Les Crozats" residence in Avoriaz. Above the resort center and set back from it, so it’s quiet and offers a great view.
For the fireworks, you can watch the whole show right from your apartment without having to go to the center. The center is accessible via the public “Snow” elevator, which is 50 meters away, slightly higher than the residence; otherwise, it’s 100 meters away, slightly lower.
The entryway leads to a separate toilet, a bathroom (with a bathtub and washing machine), a separate bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, a living room with a dining area, and a kitchenette (with a dishwasher). The living room opens onto the balcony. It faces southwest, offering views of the entire resort and the sunset. (TV, Wi-Fi)
Parking is available at the resort entrance. No vehicle access.
Travel is by foot, on skis, by shuttle bus, or by sled.
Access is also available via cable car.
