Very nice and luminous chalet for 12/15 persons (250m2) located near the Vanoise National Park and at 5' walk from one of the most beautiful touristic site of Savoie: the Cascade St Benoit. Just next door (15' walk) you will find the magnificent site of the Esseillon forts and the via ferrata of the devil. The chalet is on the edge of the village, bordered by meadows, a stream and a waterfall nearby. To the south the view is unobstructed. Grassed ground and terrace facing south.
7 bedrooms, a large living room-dining room-kitchen (70 m2 approx.) with a fireplace, a billiard table and bay windows opening onto a clear view of the mountains. Additional living room on the first floor which can be used as a sleeping room. Table football, sauna.
1 bathroom (with whirlpool bath and shower).

In summer: Village located in the Vanoise National Park: protected area ideal for hiking and discovering nature and wild animals (chamois, ibex, marmots). All mountain activities available nearby: via ferrata, climbing, canyoning, rafting, mountaineering, glaciers, giant tyroliennes, tree climbing, horse riding, cani-rando, mountain biking, downhill mountain biking with chairlift, day care for small children at 300 m. Hiking, museum, heritage outing with a visit to the Esseillon forts or the Lozes archaeological park (rock engravings at 300m), car visits to the major Alpine passes (Iseran, Galibier), proximity to Italy (for an ice cream day, pizza in Suze or Torino), heated swimming pool at 300 m from the house. Quality local products (beaufort, goat cheese, home-made sausage). A week of sports, relaxation or visits, but at least an interesting and relaxing holiday...
In winter : Village located 5' from the resort of La Norma (free shuttle) or 8' from the sunny resort of Aussois. The largest ski area in the world (the 3 valleys) is easily accessible by the Orelle-Val Thorens cable car, 15km from the house.
