Our apartment is located in the heart of the village of Arc 1950 in the residence "Le Refuge du Montagnard", a 5-stars hotel complex, whose reception has been renovated at the end of 2020. You will appreciate a very warm and charming resort with a reception open 24/24 and 7 days a week to allow you to collect your keys as soon as you arrive.

The apartment has just been renovated with great care for the summer of 2021. This renovation includes the creation of a 2nd bathroom, the installation of a 2nd WC in the main bathroom, the creation of an independent cocoon mountain corner with 2 bunk beds, the installation of a new wooden floor in the bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen with underfloor heating, the installation of new tiles on the entrance part, bathrooms and wc, the creation of a new bar cabinet, the creation of a false ceiling with new lighting, the creation of a new spruce wall cladding and the addition of a new decoration to create a chalet atmosphere of comfortable skiing.

With a view of Mont Blanc and a large terrace, the apartment covers an area of ​​52 square meters and will therefore consist of 1 twin bedroom forming a large 180cm bed, a mountain corner with 2 bunk beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, 1 of which is independent, a fully equipped kitchen and a living / dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, making it possible to comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people.

Included in the rent, you will have bed linen, hand and bath towels, bathrobes (adults only), bathroom and kitchen welcome products including tea towel provided on arrival as well as full cleaning of end of stay. In the apartment, you have free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with cable in several languages ​​and a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, hob, microwave combi quartz grill, kettle , filter coffee and Nespresso coffee maker and everything you need).

The apartment is non-smoking and sorry for our animal friends, they are not allowed.

The apartment comes with a ski locker, in a heated room, dedicated to store your boots, skis / boards, sleds, helmets, etc. During your stay.
You can put on your skis and go directly to the slopes from the ski locker… no walking with equipment necessary! The return to the resort could not be simpler since cross the village directly on skis from the slopes to the door of your ski locker room!

Located in the Le Refuge du Montagnard residence. The Arc 1950 is connected to the Arc 2000 by a very short ride (a few minutes) on the Cabriolet lift, offering a wider choice in terms of shops, bars, restaurants, 10 pin bowling and other activities. You also get a free shuttle that takes you to Arc 1800 and Arc 1600. From 1600, a funicular takes you into the Bourg St Maurice valley.
