Rent summer/winter very nice house 9/11 pers, 3 bedrooms, in Jausiers, in the heart of the Ubaye valley (Alpes de Haute Provence), at about 600m from the shops, 20 minutes from the ski resorts and 8 kms from Barcelonnette. Near the passes of Larche, Vars, Allos, Restefond, La Cayolle.
In winter, possibility of skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, snowshoeing.
In summer: hiking, climbing, road biking, mountain biking, swimming in the lake, rafting, hydrospeed, paragliding...
On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen. Dining area. Living room with stove, TV and Wifi. South and east facing terrace with table and chairs, garden, barbecue, garage.
First floor: 3 bedrooms, WC, bathroom with shower and bath.
Room 1: 1 bed 140*190 and 2 pull-out beds 90*190.
Room 2: 1 bed 160*200
Room 3: 2 bunk beds 90*190, 1 bed 90*190 and 1 bed 140*190.
There is a studio on the ground floor with an independent entrance which can be occupied very occasionally by the owners.
