Individual chalet of recent construction (2009) classified 4 stars by the tourist office with all the modern comfort located near the center village of Saint Gervais
it is 5 minutes walk from the typical Mont Blanc rack train (T M B) and therefore very close to the village centre, which is situated at an altitude of 900 m.
The village of Saint Gervais is ideally situated at the crossroads of many ski resorts, less than 15 minutes by car from Megève, Combloux, les Contamines, les Houches or further away Chamonix and its valley. The resort is very family oriented

The environment of the chalet is very calm, served by a small tarred road. It is built on a private plot of 1200 m2, with a view on the mountains.

It has 3 levels, a double garage, an entrance hall, a sauna and 4 very comfortable bedrooms with double beds (160/200), decorated in the mountain chalet style, 3 independent showers, a living room of 31 m2, a large screen television and DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, board games, a wooden terrace of 50 m2 to sunbathe in front of the Aravis mountain range and the valley of Sallanches

Linen, sheets, duvets, blankets and towels are provided.
The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer.

Many excursions are possible either by the T.M.B which will take you to the resort of Les Houches located above Chamonix or by the Bettex cable car serving the resorts of Megeve, Combloux and Saint Gervais (shuttle to be taken near the TMB station). The shops are 10 minutes away on foot. You can use the TMB to go to the Saint Gervais thermal baths with a recent open swimming pool located at the bottom of the resort or take the car to go to Chamonix (15 minutes) or to Italy at least 35 minutes away after crossing the Mont Blanc tunnel. Geneva by motorway is 50 minutes away.
