On the garden level (level -1 relative to the living area): 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160x200 cm), TV, and a private bathroom (shower) shared by 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom (20 m²) (1 double bed 160x200 cm, 1 single bed 90x200 cm, and TV) with a private bathroom (shower), a separate bathroom (shower), and a separate toilet.

On the 1st floor (above the living room): a loft under the sloped roof with an open space above the living room, including a play area for children; 1 bedroom (3 single beds, 90x200 cm, and a TV) with a skylight overlooking the loft.

Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday are available year-round; weekend rentals (Friday to Sunday) and long weekends are available from late March through fall.

Electric vehicle charging is not permitted on the property. Charging stations are available in the village center.
