Magnificent 18th-century farmhouse in the heart of the old village of Les Angles, accommodating up to 22 people and 3 babies, comprising a house sleeping 10, classified as a 4-star meublé de tourisme, and 2 duplexes in the former barn, each sleeping 6, classified as a 3-star meublé de tourisme.
- The 3 apartments can be rented all together or in pairs, for 12 to 22 people.
- Each has a south-facing furnished terrace with a view of Lac de Matemale and the mountains, plus a private parking space.
- The courtyard is shared by all 3 units, and includes a shared plancha gas barbecue area.
- There is also a closed storage area for ski equipment and bicycles.
- Each unit has a private washing machine (one of the 2 tumble dryers is shared between the 2 duplexes, while the house has its own large tumble dryer).
- Possibility of gathering the 22 tenants in the house's dining-living room for meals, or in the house's garden.

A TOTAL OF 270m² with 10 bedrooms, 5 shower rooms, 6 WCs and :
- 1 large kitchen-dining room with lounge and office area (43m²), fully equipped to seat 22 at the table, complete with crockery and cutlery for 22 people
- 2 living-dining kitchens of 22m² each (44m² in all), fitted and fully equipped for 6 seats at table with corresponding crockery (12 seats in all). Crockery must not be moved from one apartment to another.

- for 22 people = the whole farm = the house + 2 duplexes: from €20 (low season) to €50 (very high season)

- Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning service, payable on arrival (from 130€ for the house + 1 duplex 6 days or less to 270€ for the whole farm 7 days or more).

You'll be staying in the heart of Les Angles, at the end of the impasse des Astres: peace and quiet guaranteed! This old village is full of charm! Take a stroll and discover its nine flowering fountains, pretty stone buildings, old fort and adorable little church. The La Grange restaurant, just 2 steps from the house, offers a wide choice of delicious crêpes and hearty local specialties. Nearby, you can also enjoy traditional cuisine at Le Coq D'Or. Just a 3-minute walk out of the old village, you'll find many other restaurants, bars and shops in the resort. We particularly recommend the boulangerie du Capcir and the boucherie Nicolas. There are also several mini-markets and a local market to complete your shopping. The tourist office offers a wide range of seasonal activities, and the Chez Bibiche bowling-bar-tapashop and the Angléo spa are open all year round. Summer and winter alike, activities abound: hiking, swimming, sailing, paddle-boarding, pedal-boating, horse-riding, balneotherapy, mountain biking, skateboarding, accrobranche, fishing, wildlife park, bowling, climbing, mini-golf, thrill sledging, skiing, surfing, snowshoeing, dog sledding... you'll never be bored!
