With no immediate neighbors, it enjoys an exceptional and peaceful setting, nestled within 2,500 m² of land. Ideal for a getaway with family or friends.
The chalet can accommodate 8 to 10 people.

The 100-square-meter chalet includes:

- On the ground floor: a bedroom with a 160-centimeter bed, a terrace, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet;
- Upstairs, a mezzanine with 3 bedrooms featuring 160 beds, a bathroom with a corner bathtub and a toilet, and two 90 beds.
- A cozy living room with a closed-hearth fireplace, an open kitchen, and a lounge area,
- Underfloor heating for optimal comfort;
- A barbecue, oven, and a large outdoor area for dining.

Hiking trails are accessible directly from the chalet. Depending on the season, you can also enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ski touring, and mountain biking on-site. The resorts of La Joue du Loup and Superdévoluy are about 35 minutes away.
