The first ski lifts are 200m away and the resort centre is only 5 minutes walk away.
Your equipment can be left in the brand new ski lockers located on the ground floor of the residence.
Description of the apartment:
At night:
- Two bedrooms with double beds 140x190 and cupboard
- One bedroom with 2x2 bunk beds and cupboard The comfortable bedding is recent.
Day area:
- Bright living room, two balconies facing south and west with views of the Vanoise
- Living room with 2 sofas and coffee table, large flat screen TV
- Dining area: table with integrated extensions
- Fully equipped open kitchen: ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, traditional oven, extractor fan, coffee machine with pods...

- A bathroom with integrated WC
- A shower room
- An independent WC
Additional equipment : Drying washing machine, raclette machine, fondue machine, wok, toaster, kettle, hair dryer... Free Wifi in the resort.

You can reach the resort by car thanks to the Maurienne motorway and park your car in the free car park opposite the residence. The nearest train station is in Modane (6 km) and the direct TGV from Paris takes 4 hours.
All amenities are available (supermarket, restaurants, local shops, tobacco...).
Skiing will have no more secrets for you thanks to the different ski schools and to a quality snow cover.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.
The cleaning, not included, is to be done by the tenants.
Dogs (except category 1 and 2) are accepted, if they are well behaved and with prior agreement (20€/week).
Tourist taxes in addition (rate communicated at the time of the reservation). Deposit (apartment and cleaning) to be paid on the spot, not cashed and returned after inventory of fixtures.
Deposit of 30% expected within 10 days to block the reservation.
