The “Bellecôte” apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor of the traditional Savoyard chalet “La Bovate,” at the foot of the slopes and right in the center of the old village of Montchavin-La Plagne.

WINTER 2026 and SUMMER 2026: Rentals run Saturday through Saturday, with check-in at 4:30 PM and check-out by 9:45 AM.

The rental includes:
- Bellecôte Apartment: Entryway, semi-open kitchen, south-facing living/dining room opening onto a balcony, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 “Rapido” sofa bed in the living room, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90) + balcony.
- Flocon Room, separate on a private interior landing, 1 double bed (140) with 1 bathroom + toilet.

Winter: private outdoor ski locker and shared indoor ski room with a boot dryer for skiers’ convenience.
Summer: small private, non-adjacent yard, ping-pong table, garden chairs.

+ DISCOUNTED RATES on ski equipment rentals at a partner shop
+ OPTIONAL: parking space in a private chalet, rental of bed linens and/or bath towels, pet allowance, final cleaning (summer 2026), Trip Cancellation Insurance.
+ BABY EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST (crib, high chair, baby bathtub, changing mat, etc.).

Only one pet is allowed as an optional extra.

The chalet is located just a stone’s throw from the main street, where all the shops are: restaurants, ski school, daycare, entertainment, chairlift, water park, movie theater...
A car is NOT necessary :)

Party gatherings (students or similar) are not permitted in the cottage.
