Based in the Hautes Alpes, and a great lover of our mountains, we rent out 10 chalets for 12 to 24 people in 2 major resorts: Vars and Montgenèvre.

In this ad we present our Chalet A, a 200 m² south-facing chalet that sleeps 18 right on the ski slopes.

It features 6 bedrooms and 5 fully-equipped bathrooms, as well as a relaxation area with swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Finnish sauna.

CHALET EXTRAS :

Located on the south-facing side of the mountain, the chalet is bathed in sunlight from 11 a.m. until sunset.
- views of the Eyssina crests and the Écrins glacier
- an indoor relaxation area with a swimming pool heated all year round to 28° with a counter-current jet, hammam
- an outdoor relaxation area with a jacuzzi heated all year round to 37° and a Finnish wood-fired sauna (wood provided and free of charge).
These wellness areas will help you unwind after a long day's skiing or hiking!

The chalet has 3 suites, each with its own private bathroom, a dormitory room for children, two double bedrooms, one of which communicates with a mezzanine, for a total of 6 bedrooms plus a mezzanine, and two shared bathrooms (in addition to the 3 private ones).
The kitchen opens onto the living room and is separated by a wooden bar. The living room is heated by a wood-burning stove. This 45 m² space opens onto a south-facing terrace where you can relax in the armchairs facing the mountains, enjoying the last rays of sunshine of the day.

The chalet has all the comforts: Wifi, flat-screen TV in each room, table soccer, baby equipment, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, fridge with freezer, raclette, fondue and pierrade appliances, etc. The chalet is heated by an underfloor heating system to ensure gentle, even heat throughout.

- It's a cycling paradise! Enjoy a family outing on an electric mountain bike, or hurtle down the slopes on a downhill mountain bike, where the trails are equipped with jumps and bends. Don't miss Europe's longest downhill mountain bike run (32km) from Vars to Embrun. More of a cyclist? Dozens of mountain passes are accessible from Vars, a beautiful Little Queen territory.
- At the crossroads of 3 different valleys (Ecrins - Queyras - Ubaye), Vars is a central starting point for all your hikes (hundreds of kilometers!) in the Southern Alps.
- Discover mountain water in all its guises: from ponds on a pedalo or for a swim, to natural waterfalls on a footpath leading to a high-altitude lake, on a raft or inflatable canoe down the Durance (be careful, it gets wet!), to the best beaches for lazing around (or water sports such as wakeboarding, boating or kiteboarding) on the shores of the great Lac de Serre Ponçon.
- For the kids, here are a few ideas: an accrobranche (tree climbing) course accessible from age 5, with "impassable" courses for the more daring - an equestrian center that will take you to discover the mountains on horseback - orienteering races in the Queyras Regional Park - visits to the animals on the farm - climbing, via ferrata, canyoning - and don't forget the ping-pong table at the chalet!
