Based in the Hautes Alpes, and a great lover of our mountains, we rent out 10 chalets in Montgenèvre and Vars that can accommodate from 12 to 24 people. In this ad we present our Le Kergwen chalet, 280 m² for 18 people, west-facing, located in the village with the best view of the slopes in the whole resort.

Open all year round, we rent this chalet by the weekend or by the week. Weekly rentals only from end of December to end of March, and from beginning of July to end of August.

We are a human-sized team, available to our guests to help you make the most of your stay. We can put you in touch with service providers to take care of your meals, or approved instructors for your sports outings, all year round whether the resort is open or closed.

You'll find 6 beautiful rooms, each with its own private, fully-equipped bathroom, as well as a full-floor leisure area including a swimming spa (pool and jacuzzi), a solarium, a cinema room, and a leisure area with a bar, table soccer, and a dance floor.

GUIDED TOUR OF THE CHALET

Welcome to Chalet le Kergwen. This prestigious chalet in Montgenèvre is 280 m² and south-facing. It can accommodate 18 guests. It's perched in the village 500m from the slopes, overlooking the ski runs with a 180° panoramic view of the mountain. Situated on the resort's south-facing slope, Kergwen welcomes you in a chic, mountain-style atmosphere, dressed in local stone and wood.

The chalet is spread over 4 floors. On the two upper floors you'll find six spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Five are double rooms, some with twin beds to form either a double or 2 single beds, and there's a dormitory room sleeping 8.

On the second floor is the 60m² living room with billiards table, opening onto the fully-equipped kitchen and second south-facing terrace. Go down the stone staircase again and you'll find the leisure floor: games room (table soccer, darts), dance floor and bar, and cinema room. Open the glass door to the outside and you'll have access to the large terrace, where the word "relaxation" is the order of the day. Choose between sunbathing to achieve that essential "ski vacation" tan, the pool to let off steam in the jets, and the Jacuzzi to relax and contemplate the scenery after a long day on the slopes.

Located in a quiet part of the resort, this exceptional chalet is just 500 meters from the ski slopes. The ski shuttle stop is right in front of the chalet, taking you to the slopes in less than 5 minutes!

This chalet is located in the Montgenèvre ski resort. Founded in 1907, Montgenèvre is France's first ski resort, situated close to the Franco-Italian border at an altitude of 1860 meters. Part of the Franco-Italian Voie Lactée ski area, which includes Clavières, San Sicario, Césane, Sestrières and Sauze d'Oulx (400 km of pistes and 91 lifts), the Montgenèvre ski area comprises 100 km of pistes and 37 lifts.

The resort is 20 km from the Oulx TGV station (Italy), 100 km from Turin airport and 10 km from Briançon.

- It's a cycling paradise! Enjoy a family outing on an electric mountain bike, or hurtle down the slopes on a downhill mountain bike, where the trails are equipped with jumps and bends. More of a cyclist? Dozens of mountain passes are accessible from the chalet.
- Montgenèvre is a central starting point for all your hikes (hundreds of kilometers!) in the southern Alps.
- Discover mountain water in all its forms: from ponds on a pedalo to natural waterfalls on a footpath, from a hike to a high-altitude lake, or on a raft or inflatable canoe down the Durance (be careful, it gets wet!).
- For the kids, here are a few ideas: climbing, via ferrata, canyoning - all accessible from age 5 - and don't forget the ping-pong table at the chalet.

In winter and summer, the chalet is available for rental from Sunday to Sunday. Weekend rentals are also available, depending on the season. We accept dogs, but cannot accept cats.

We also rent 3 other chalets for 16 to 22 people in Montgenèvre, and 6 chalets for 12 to 24 people in the resort of Vars. Don't hesitate to ask for information for your group!
