LE QUARTZ

Ideally located in the resort, the Quartz is a beautiful villa with a spacious apartment of 110m2 on the 1st floor enjoying a beautiful sunny (south facing) and unobstructed view on the slopes. The ground floor is not rented as it is occupied very occasionally by myself who does not live on site.
Your children will be able to enjoy a private ground of approximately 1000 m2 as well in summer as in winter.
In a quiet environment, about 6 minutes walk from the centre of the resort and the ski lifts, the Quartz is also close to all the leisure facilities: playground, pump-track, skating rink, bowling alley, swimming pool, football/basketball pitch, skate park and tennis court (between 50 and 300 metres).

The accommodation consists of:
- a Living room of 40m2 with TV, DVD player, internet access (Wifi) and sofa bed,
- an independent kitchen equipped with 2 electric and 2 gas hobs, self-cleaning oven with pyrolysis, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, fondue set, hot stone and raclette machine, etc....
- 3 bedrooms of 12m2 each with a large wardrobe in each one:
Room 1: a double bed 140x200, a low bed for children from 1 to 4 years old with bars, a cot
Room 2: a double bed 140x200
Room 3: 2 twin beds.
- a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and ventilated by 2 windows,
- a separate toilet with window,
- a large terrace and balcony with tables, chairs, deckchairs and parasol to enjoy pleasant family meals or simply a restful rest after beautiful walks in the mountains.

At the foot of the house, you can park for free in a private car park (2 spaces are reserved for you).
A free shuttle bus also runs around the resort and stops near the accommodation for holidaymakers who wish to be dropped off at the foot of the ski lifts.

Finally, a large garage on the ground floor will allow you to store all your ski or hiking equipment.

Prices are per week and based on 8 people.
They do not include the tourist tax payable to the commune (0.90 c / day and per adult).
Under certain conditions and with prior agreement, 10% on the rental amount will be applied for any additional person.
There are no administration costs, but the housework must be done carefully before your departure in order to leave the place as clean as when you arrived. A deposit of 150 euros will be requested for this purpose and returned within 8 days.
