VALLOIRE: a 17 km dalla stazione ferroviaria SNCF di ST MICHEL DE MAURIENNE. Località ai piedi del Col du Galibier (1500 m s.l.m.).
Monolocale in un piccolo residence tranquillo, a 100 m dal centro, a 300 m dalla cabinovia del Crêt de la Brive (7 minuti a piedi) (in funzione anche d’estate per pedoni e mountain bike) e dalla scuola di sci ESF. Asilo nido a 400 m. Pista di pattinaggio a 50 m, centro ricreativo a 180 m (piscina, area benessere), bowling, cinema, ristoranti-bar, discoteca. Balcone esposto a est, vista sulla pista da slittino in inverno.
Posto auto privato nel garage del residence.
