Charming natural stone chalet, completely renovated and converted into a luxury chalet in 2025. It is located in the upper part of Les Coches, in an ideal ski-in/ski-out location (approximately 50 metres). You can put on your skis in the morning and at the end of your day of skiing, you can return to the chalet. The spacious chalet features 5 bedrooms, each of them with an en-suite bathroom. 6 toilets.

An inviting living and dining area with sofa corner and dining table for 15 people is located on the ground floor. The open-plan kitchen is very well-equipped; among others with 2 refrigerators and large induction cooker. Separate toilet.
On the 1st floor you will find another cosy living room with a TV. It disposes of an open mezzanine, access via ladder, use at your own risk
Two bedrooms for two people each with a zip and link bed (160 x 200 cm), with its own en-suite bathroom (shower / washbasin) and a separate toilet each.
One bedroom for 3 people with 1 double bed (160 x 190 cm) and 1 mattress 90 x 190 cm on a mezzanine; access via ladder, use at your own risk. En-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin, separate toilet. You have access to the large terrace.

The chalet disposes of a ski room with electric ski boot dryer. Additional free parking slots near the chalet.
Quiet location, just above the centre of Les Coches. The family-friendly ski and mountain resort with restaurants, bars, mini-supermarket, Le Mafefan bakery, Gourmets de Coches butcher, sports shop/ski hire is approx. 650 m away on foot. The covered ice rink is approx. 1 km away. The ski school has several meeting points in the village (depending on the group; 650 m to 1 km).

Altitude chalet 1,480 m. Top of the ski area at 3,250 m, with the two glaciers, Bellecôte and Aiguille Rouge. The red ski slope "Coches" runs approx. 50 m from the chalet and leads to the chairlift Plan Bois. This 6-seater express chairlift provides access to the entire ski area. Les Coches is situated in the heart of the fantastic Paradiski ski area of La Plagne and Les Arcs, with 425 km of slopes and 140 ski lifts. A special highlight of Montchavin-Les Coches is the mega ski-run of the Bellecôte glacier at an altitude of 3,250 m, with an altitude difference of 2,000 m to the ski resort Montchavin. 16 km of diversified cross country ski tracks above Les Coches with great views.
