Chalet Ourson du Passieu is a recently renovated farmhouse for 10 people, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, spread over three levels.

The surrounding fields, fauna, flora and birdsong make this beautiful chalet the perfect place for a vacation in the Alps in any season. Young children will love going in search of chamois and marmots, while adults will enjoy relaxing in the garden, which offers privacy and peace and quiet.

To enjoy this seclusion, however, you'll need a 4x4 to take the road down to the chalet. For the rest of the year, access is unproblematic.

Despite its traditional exterior, this chalet is in fact a very comfortable, elegantly decorated modern accommodation. All the facilities you need for an enjoyable vacation are present, including a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, five beautiful bathrooms and shower rooms, a sauna and a living room opening onto a balcony.

The bedrooms are beautifully appointed. There are three double bedrooms and one bunk room, each with its own bathroom or shower room (not necessarily en suite). The last bedroom, in the suite on the top floor, is magnificent. From the bed, admire the breathtaking view, even more magical from the balcony. The suite also features a dressing room and a lovely bathroom with a free-standing bathtub offering a beautiful view. A large work area is also at your disposal. Two or three desktop computers and a coffee machine can be installed. With more and more people wanting to telework in the mountains, this chalet is an excellent choice for a long stay.

Despite its idyllic location, Chalet Ourson du Passieu is just a five-minute drive from the ski lifts, shops and restaurants of Saint-Nicholas-La-Chapelle and Flumet, and a 15-minute drive from Megève. In summer, you'll have a great day out at the Lac de Flumet leisure park. Take a stroll along the banks of the Arrondine or climb to the summit if you fancy a hike.
