It is an old barn with wood of the eighteenth century, raised of 2 floors probably just before the second world war.
Ideal situation : ski lifts at 50 meters, shopping at 50 meters, ski rental also.... More than 200 kilometers of slopes, junctions les Saisies, Praz, Notre Dame de Bellecombe.....
Large living room of 80 square meters with fireplace on the ground floor, kitchen opening on the living room, independent ski room of 20 square meters in addition. Toilets and shower room.
On the second floor, 3 bedrooms with respectively, 1 double bed, 2 single beds joined or not and 2 single beds joined. A shower room and a bathroom.
