5 star chalet in the heart of the Aravis
Traditional Chalet of the Aravis built in Larch and old wood cladding, Le Grenier à Neige dominates the resort with a magnificent view on the Etale and Aravis ranges. Ideally located between Megève and La Clusaz, the small resort of La Giettaz offers calm and authenticity.
Le Grenier à Neige is a top of the range chalet where every detail has been taken care of, from the building materials to the decoration. The roof is made of tavaillons (old fashioned red cedar wood tiles). Inside, you will find the same materials such as wood and stone, bringing authenticity and warmth, but without forgetting modern comfort.
The whole is illuminated by large bay windows in each room so as to take advantage of the magnificent view of the Etale and Aravis ranges.
The Chalet is brand new and in the process of being finished. The year 2021 will be its first year of rental, only a few weeks per year, all weeks are at the same rate, there is no increase due to school holidays. The services are the same in summer and winter, and are included in the price.

The quality of finish and decoration is in keeping with the overall image of the chalet with exceptional materials:
-The jacuzzi is a villeroy and Boch 8 places of which one in levitation.
-The sauna is a Harvia with a Harvia stove, and shower
-The ski room has a boot/glove dryer for 12 guests, storage lockers and WC.
-The heated and spacious garage allows you to charge your electric car.
-Each room has a private bathroom, very high quality bedding (even for children!)

The bathroom 4 is equipped with a shower of angle of 90, a piece of furniture double basin with 2 heights for the children and a WC.
The bathroom 5 is equipped with a shower 100X100 with a rain sky with Chromotherapy, a washbasin on piece of furniture and a WC.
The kitchen with a very large work island, breakfast pole, sink, large induction hobs, hood, 1 oven, and 1 microwave oven, a large fridge, separate freezer, a wine cellar 2 temperatures, coffee bean machine Jura, as well as all the elements necessary in a kitchen. The laundry room includes a washing machine and a dryer of Miele brand.
The living room offers a suspended fireplace, sofas for 12 guests, a large TV.
The mezzanine is equipped with armchairs for reading, bookcases and board games.
